An Update…and a New Mission

I haven’t heard a word from the Internal Revenue Service, or the Department of Justice, since my Federal Court victory in April.

I have, however, received many supportive emails and telephone calls from people all over the country, and I appreciate them very much.

I want you all to know that I have decided to go on offense and implement my plan to end this battle once and for all, but in a way you haven’t heard proposed by anyone else in the tax honesty movement.

How about participating in the greatest act of civil disobedience in our Nation’s history?

Thomas Jefferson said this in a letter to James Madison on January 30, 1787, expressing justification for the series of protests led by Daniel Shay and a group of 1,200 farmers (Shay’s Rebellion).

“I hold it that a little rebellion now and then is a good thing, and as necessary in the political world as storms in the physical.”

Imagine if ALL American citizens rebelled and decided to stop paying taxes.

We know this won’t happen, though, because they fear having their wages garnished; liens and levies placed on their property; fines levied against them; or being imprisoned for tax evasion, failure to file income tax returns, and pay income taxes.

And, it is clear to everyone that we cannot count on Congress to change our complex, unfair and confiscatory income tax system.

That change must come from a free-thinking President, willing to take a stand against the entrenched powers and restore freedom to all American citizens.

The power to restore freedom to all American citizens has been there all along. But, no Representative… no Senator…and no Supreme Court justice can exercise it.

That power is reserved for the President only, and can be found in Article 2 Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution. www.archives.gov/exhibits/charters/constitution_transcript.html

But, no President has been willing to use it.

I will.

For Real Change, with Real Results, it is time to think, and vote, independently.

Write in “Bob McNeil” for President when you vote on November 4th.
