Here We Go Again

   Posted by: BobMcNeil   in IRS

If nothing else, the IRS is persistent.  I recently received a letter entitled “Please Call Us About Your Overdue Taxes or Tax Returns”.

The letter was from Mary Hannah, IRS Operations Manager, Automated Collection System, Bensalem, Pennsylvania, and referenced an alleged tax liability of $34,649.50 for the year 2002.

Of course, I deny that I have a tax liability for 2002, or any other tax year, so, I wrote Ms. Hannah a letter stating just that.

I look forward to her response.
