Help Jeff Maehr With His Supreme Court Petition

   Posted by: BobMcNeil   in IRS

From time-to-time, I receive telephone calls and emails from people all around the country on the subject of the Federal Income Tax.

Some just want to tell tales of their experiences and frustrations in dealing with the IRS.  Some are looking for advice.  And, some are looking for specific help.

Jeff Maehr is one of the latter.

On December 25th, I received this message from Jeff through the “Contact RAM” page on this website:

Submission for form Ram-v-IRS at 12/25/12 11:28 PM

Name: Jeff Maehr

Email: [email protected]

Message: Robert,

Contacting you on referral on my U.S. Supreme Court case against the IRS… You can access info here… http://foundationfortruthinlaw.org/income-tax.html

Main document to date: http://foundationfortruthinlaw.org/PDF/U.S.-SupremeCourt-IRS-Case-IRS-in-default-all-documents-thru-motion-for-ORDER.pdf

We need to get this info out to as many as possible to get the court of public opinion engaged. You have done a huge amount in this area… can you help us all to get this exposed, regardless of whether the court hears the case. Pressure from the public is what is needed.

The docket info is here… http://www.supremecourt.gov/Search.aspx?FileName=/docketfiles/12-6169.htm

I need funds and have been receiving a nice response from people across the republic… but need about twice as much in order to comply with the court requirements to play as an attorney…

Please feel free to contact me if you want to get involved…

In short, Jeff’s case has been placed on the Supreme Court’s docket, which is a rare occurrence, and he needs money for the $300 docket fee and printing/mailing costs for 48 copies of his revised petition.

These costs are estimated to be in the range of $1,500-$2,000.

The deadline for filing his petition is February 18, 2013, so, timing is critical.

I had a long telephone conversation with Jeff the other evening and he seems like a straight-up guy.

Here is the link to the funding page:  http://foundationfortruthinlaw.org/funding.html

Although he will accept donations of any amount, I sent $500.00.  This is important and I encourage each of you to give what you can afford.

If you want to send a donation by PayPal, use this email address:

To make a donation by check or money order, send to:

Please pass this information on to your mailing list and let’s work together to ensure that Jeff has the means to present his case to the Supreme Court and, hopefully, prevail against the IRS.

In freedom,
