With the dismissal of my case by Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly on April 12, 2016, the Court returned my “Motion to Certify a Rule 23(b)(2) Class and for Appointment of Counsel and Government Funding” with this terse, hand-written note:

Leave to file Denied
Case dismissed 4/12/16 as the Court lacks jurisdiction.
Judge C Kollar-Kotelly

Is this the end of the story?

Not by a long shot.

My Rule 59 response to the Court’s dismissal of my case has been placed in the U.S. mail and should arrive in Washington, D.C. no later than May 6, 2016, well ahead of the May 10th deadline.  It is the most powerful document written to date.

I will post that document in my next blog.  As it turns out, Michael Ellis’ keen research, under God’s guidance, uncovered a 2014 legal treatise, published in the Notre Dame Law Review, that completely destroys the Government’s argument, and the Court’s concurring opinion, that the Anti-Injunction Act strips courts of jurisdiction in all cases related to the income tax.

This case is one of national importance, potentially affecting the lives of an untold number of Americans who have been classified as so-called “non-filers” by the IRS.  The end of tyranny is close at hand, I believe.

Stay tuned for further developments.
