Since Department of Justice attorney, Ryan O. McMonagle, has consistently failed to defend the IRS’ record falsification scheme, he has resorted to the only remaining action available to him……to go into attack mode.

Thus, on September 18, 2017, he filed, in Judge Christopher R. Cooper’s court, “United States’ Motion For Order To Show Cause Why Counterclaim Defendants Should Not Be Held In Contempt”, with accompanying Memorandum. It should be noted that McMonagle is acting under the direction of Channing D. Phillips (United States Attorney for the District of Columbia) and David A. Hubbert (Acting Assistant Attorney General – Tax Division).

In response, on September 28, 2017, Michael and I filed “Ellis & McNeil Opposition to Motion for Show Cause & Motion to Notice Suspension of ASFR Record Falsification Program”. It opens with this statement: “For multiple reasons shown herein, Counterclaim Defendants Ellis and McNeil suggest that Ryan McMonagle’s recent Motion seeking an order to find them in contempt of this Court’s pre-filing sanction is meritless, filed solely to harass, and not for any legitimate purpose.”

Here’s the back story to bring you up to date on this development: Read the rest of this entry »

Behind all the hyperbolic headlines about “tax protestors”, “tax cheats”, “non-filers”, etc. are real people and their families who want nothing more than to live their lives as free Americans, as the Founding Fathers intended.

But, since 1913, our corrupt, complicated and unfair progressive income tax system has enslaved ALL Americans by threats, intimidation, liens, levies, wage garnishment, indictment, arrest, prosecution, conviction and imprisonment. And, all those things are the result of the IRS fraud and the misprision of felony committed by the Department of Justice and the Federal judiciary.

Once God reveals the Truth to you, you cannot “un-know” it. You can ignore it, of course, but, you do so at your own peril.

That is the lesson that sustains me in this battle of Good versus Evil.

It also strengthens me to know that others have discovered this Truth, as well. Read the rest of this entry »

Many of you want to join Case 17-00022 as Co-Plaintiffs, but I have received emails from a few people who are having trouble downloading the files from Dropbox. My intent is to make it easy as possible for you to join this case, so, I contacted my web developer and we worked together to come up with a solution.

At my request, she created a new page on this website entitled Rule 20 Motion for 17-00022, which you can see in the menu. She then uploaded the documents you will need to join the case and become a Co-Plaintiff. I have also provided an example showing how to fill out the Motion. That’s as simple as I can make it for you.

All you have to do is decide to take action and join the effort to stop the IRS fraud we have uncovered.

NOTE: There is no charge to join the lawsuit, nor will you be required to pay a $400.00 filing fee to the Court, like you would be required to do if you filed your own case. The only expenses you will incur are the printing and mailing costs to send the completed documents to the Court and to the Defendants. Read the rest of this entry »

On May 12, 2016, Michael Ellis and I were “special guests” on My Private Audio, hosted by Angela Stark.

During the two-hour program, we discussed, in detail, the lawsuits we have filed against Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) John Koskinen and U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch to enjoin (stop) them from falsifying government records and concealing them from the Courts, in the enforcement of the income tax laws against so-called “non-filers”.  These cases were filed in the District Court of the United States for the District of Columbia and are of national importance.
